As a proven thought leader in the CX space, Dave has been a featured speaker at the Excellence in Government Fellows Program, Etail, Future Stores, North American State and Provincial Lotteries, Advanced Learning Institute, University of Missouri, George Washington University, Ann Arbor Spark and others.  He has published several CX articles and commentaries including the ForeSee Experience Index: E-Gov each quarter since 2010 and the FXI Government CX Insights report in 2018.  Dave has also been quoted in several industry publications including Fortune, CIO magazine, Government Executive, GCN, FCW, NextGov, GovLoop and made guest appearances on Federal News Radio, NPR and FedTalk.

Dave is the proud father of two adult sons, Taylor and Bryce and is the owner of TITLE Boxing Club in Ann Arbor, Michigan. When not talking experience management or boxing, Dave can be found at Michigan Wolverine and Tennessee Titans football games.
